Behind Plateform is a team with years of experience in the restaurant industry - the same people who created 101 Family, with highly recognised dining concepts in Cyprus - East 101 and Hungry Angry.
Through that experience came a clear understanding that restaurant-level food and service rarely extend beyond the restaurant setting. In Cyprus, catering has evolved in different directions, but a fully integrated solution has been missing.
